What does the Disk Recovery First Aid Kit include?
The kit comprises of an advanced universal head cleaning CD to safely clean your machine laser lens and ensure there are not dirt or dust particles on the head to distort the laser beam. There are also specially formulated cleaning wipes and soft cloth to clean any sticky marks safely off your disk without scratching it. Finally if your disk has a nasty scratch on it, there is a FREE Scratch Busters disk recovery envelope so you can FREEPOST your disk to us and we will remove the scratch(es) using our high tech polishing machines.
What do I have to do to make the universal head cleaning CD work?
You simply pop it into your machine and follow the very simple instructions!
How many disks can I put into the FREEPOST envelope?
The envelope is valid for one disk but you can request more FREEPOST envelopes HERE! The cost for our service using these envelopes is only £3.50 per disk but if you have a bulk quantity, we will be happy to offer a discount. Please contact us for further information.
